Working our way to our new normal!

Ups, downs, and an overall sense of peace! That is what I can say to describe our first three days at home together! :) I'll write more soon - what I am now realizing is that I need to post in spurts - because my time and energy is just a bit low right now! I'll get back in the groove soon, but for now...the pics!! :) Love to all!! Happy Happy New Year! The Mongolds are sending hugs, kisses and all of our love to each one of you!

Welcome home! It does my heart good to see you and the boyz reunited! They are so cute together. My favortie pic was the one of Will dumping water on Josh's head- priceless! I'm so glad you're starting to feel better. We know you can't wait for Steve to meet his new son and are counting the days now. We will wait to call when you are feeling more rested. Can't wait to catch up with you! Love, Cath

I LOVED all of them. They are incredible. You did a great job of capturing great moments. I am just overjoyed that you are all back together. Man, Josh looks like he joined right in the brotherly action!!!! LOVE IT!

Josh looks better in the pictures -- more smiles versus the "non-committal" look early on. I'm also jealous that he appears to allow other adults to handle him! Leah allows no one but mom and dad to get in her personal space. Thanks for the update :)

It's so great to see all your boys together! They look really happy. We are doing pretty well - still fighting jetlag and getting very tired of it, but other than that life is great here with Miss Michelle! She has adapted very well to American life. Have a very happy New Year.

I swear I commented on this as soon as you posted it...where did it go? I guess it is lost somewhere in blogspace :) Oh well, don't remember exactly what I said. But, I am going to say this. All of those boys are going to adjust and they might remember their time before they were all together (josh won't) but the others will. But, they will be so thankful that the time is now...and they have such a constant support system of brothers. Friends will come and go...but they will always have each other, whether they want that or now :0hehe. You have given them all a gift, you and Steve both. You have given them the knowledge that they are loved NO MATTER WHAT NO MATTER WHEN! I cannot wait to hear about the fun that is to come! Love to all of you. Steve, if you can read this, hang in there. You, too, are close. I know you cannot wait. To the MONGOLD Family in 2009! May it be filled with overflowing joy, love, and at least as much peace as is possible in a house with four young boys! haha

I've finally recovered enough from the jetlag to respond! In any case, Josh and your boys look great! So glad you made it home safely and with your sanity intact (really, I'm sure it's intact). We were thinking of you lots on December 25th and did a mini-celebration when we figured you were home. Take care!

Jason really struggled for days with jetlag. He is just beginning to feel normal. The two of you had a huge task on your hands to branch out alone. What a special reward for all your efforts- the love of these beauties!
